Travel through some of the most amazing landscapes and ecosystems on earth that pass-through the historic towns, traditional villages, high passes, wide arid plains and awe-inspiring mountain peaks. There are two Everest Base Camps – one at the north side in Tibet, another at south side in Nepal. Drive to Everest Base Camp north side (5200m / 17060ft) and cross the Sino-Nepal border on the historic trans-Himalayan trade route.

Note: The trip is combined with the Nepal tour, because it is only the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu that issues Tibet visa outside China. Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, we apply for the Tibet visa on your behalf with your original passport. It takes 3 working days for the Tibet visa to be issued by the Embassy in Kathmandu. In the meantime you will tour the capital city Kathmandu and one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal – Pokhara!

Not only does Nepal border with Tibet, but it also boasts the tourist hub of South Asia, because of its natural beauty, cultural diversity and above all, one of the most hospitable people on earth. It is home to Sherpa and Gurkhas and the majority of the highest peaks of the world. So, it is also a great opportunity to see the Himalayan country Nepal while traveling Tibet.
